Ozone 3

Almost there. The default theme for Lubuntu, Ozone, is near to its final version. Lubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin is getting more and more polished. But if you can't wait, or you have another version (or a distro with the LXDE environment) feel free to test it. Download here.

  1. Beautiful work! I would only reduce by a fex pixels the width of the scrollbars to make them leaner :)

  2. Fantastic quality!

Will Lubuntu 12.04 be using Cairo Comp Mgr by default, then? I think that's where the dropshadows are coming from in the screenshot?

  3. Yes, it's Cairo Compmgr. And I'm afraid not. We cannot ship it with the distro. But I'm a "docky-dependant" :D and need some composition for it.

    Oh, and thank you!

  6. Nice, but i think, default theme must be color-neutral, to match to various colors.

  7. Well, I think it's "neutral" enough. But it can't be totally neutral, you cannot match icons, idicators, controls, windows and other to one colour. Again it's a personal taste discussion.

The goal of GTK is the ability to download new themes if you don't like the default one. It's that simple :)
